Schumacher must be the director with the highest deviation in scores I have awarded his films. I loathe 'Falling Down' for its crypto-fascism (however slickly achieved) and find his Batman films way more fun in theory than in practice... but I think 'The Lost Boys' is one of the most //glorious// mainstream horror films of all time.

"My own brother, a goddamn, shit-sucking vampire!" The one thing about Schumacher is that he was never afraid to take a big swing.
