Mikel Shane Prather is an American film and game composer who has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Tarleton State University. During his studies he played all of the woodwinds and focused upon Conducting, Jazz Studies and Composition. He has also attended Butler University to get his Masters in Composition studying under prolific composer Michael Schelle. He currently writes music for Film, Television and Video Games in Los Angeles.
